高俊锋，长安大学-美国密歇根理工大学联合培养博士，副教授，硕士生导师，重庆市青年“巴渝学者”，重庆交通大学青年拔尖人才，道路与铁道工程专业。现任职于重庆交通大学材料科学与工程学院。

主要研究兴趣为路面材料与结构、绿色低碳道路材料、生物沥青、聚氨酯改性沥青。现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助、重庆市自然科学基金面上项目等国家和省部级项目6项；曾参与国家自然科学基金项目、交通运输部基础研究项目、美国密歇根州交通厅项目、美国密歇根州环保局项目等近10项。发表同行评议学术论文40余篇，其中SCI论文31篇，EI论文3篇；授权国家专利5项；受邀参加TRB、SATC、WTC、CEW、TIM、ASCE学术年会等国际或国内学术会议20余次。

现为Advances in Civil Engineering（SCI期刊） 编委、Applied Sciences-Basel （SCI期刊）客座主编（Guest Editor），《材料工程》（EI期刊）、《航空材料学报》、《东北石油大学学报》、《长沙理工大学学报》（自然科学版）、《中外公路》、《市政技术》青年编委，美国土木工程师协会（ASCE）会员、美国材料与试验协会（ASTM）会员、国际华人基础设施协会（IACIP）会员、国际交通基础设施维修与养护协会（iSMRTi）会员。担任国家自然科学基金委员会通讯评审专家，《中国公路学报》、JCP、CBM、JJMCE、IJPE、JRE、JTTE等40余个国内外知名期刊审稿人。曾获博士研究生国家奖学金、国家留学基金委留学奖学金、国际华人基础设施协会（IACIP）学生最佳海报奖等。

Dr. Junfeng Gao is an Associate Professor at Chongqing Jiaotong University. He earned his Ph.D. in Road and Railway Engineering from Chang’an University in 2020 and learnt as a joint PhD in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geospatial Engineering at Michigan Technological University.

 

His research interests focus on materials and structure for pavement, asphalt and modified asphalt technology, and alternative materials for road engineering. Dr. Gao serves as a principal researcher in the research projects from NSFC, NSCQ, CPSF and the Fundamental Research Foundation of the Central Universities. He also participated some research projects from Fundamental Research Project of the Ministry of Transport, MnDOT, DEQ, and EGLE - State of Michigan. Dr. Gao has published over 40 papers in peer reviewed journals. These publications include prestigious journals such as the ASCE Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Construction and Building Materials.

 

Dr. Gao is an active member in the professional community. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Association of Chinese Infrastructure Professionals (IACIP), international Society for Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Transport infrastructures (iSMRTi). He was invited to participate in over 20 international or domestic academic conferences such as TRB, SATC, WTC, and ASCE academic annual meeting. He has also reviewed technical papers for over 40 international journals. Dr. Gao has won the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students, the Scholarship for Study Abroad by the China Scholarship Council, and the Best Poster Award by the International Association of Chinese Infrastructure Professionals (IACIP).
