姬广祥，男，博士/讲师/研究生导师，从事堆石混凝土筑坝技术、新型水工材料、新能源材料及智能建造方向的研究，主持重庆市自然科学基金、重庆市教委青年项目、水利部重点实验室等多个省部级课题，以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇（中科院一区TOP期刊5篇），获工程建设科学技术奖二等奖1项（排名第5），参编能源行业标准1项。

可与李鹏飞教授及清华大学水利系长江学者金峰教授团队联合培养。
