1988年,副教授,工学博士,博士后,中国可再生能源协会会员,主要从事桥梁智能监测与评估、山区桥梁防灾减灾、桥梁与结构风工程研究。主持国家自然科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金、中央高校项目以及横向课题等4项。在国际和国内权威期刊上共发表论文近30篇(一作/通讯21篇,中科院1区论文14篇、2区论文9篇、ESI高被引3篇)。其中,SCI论文26篇、EI论文3篇;授权发明专利5项、软件著作权1项。担任国际SCI期刊Buildings客座主编、国际SCI期刊Frontiers in Built Environment编辑;担任第十二届全国随机振动理论与应用学术会议暨第九届全国随机动力学学术会议组委会成员与分会场主席;担任10多本国内与国际权威期刊的审稿人(包括《Energy Conversion and Management》、《Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing》、《Journal of Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics》、《Engineering structures》、《Journal of Sound and Vibration》、《Energy》、《Applied energy》、《Energy reports》、《Wind and structures》等)。
